I grew up in a home where my mum always made two dishes: one Lebanese, one not. Mixing flavours and influences became second nature.

After years in the corporate world, I found myself drawn back to the kitchen—experimenting, hosting, and bringing people together over food. Cooking isn’t just about feeding; it’s about creating moments.
