“For my birthday party, Monsieur Bou suggested a fantastic menu that my guests and I absolutely loved. We had the polenta cubes, the shawarma brisket, and a chickpea salad followed by the most succulent chocolate cake. Everything was delicious, the shawarma brisket melted in your mouth, the lamb meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned and the salad complemented the meat. But the chocolate cake was the cherry on top the richness of the dairy-free chocolate filling was out of this world. Monsieur Bou is a very talented chef and I cannot stop singing his praises”
